You may be happy to have the boss you've got, but in an ideal world, who would you pick to replace them? An entrepreneur like Alan Sugar or Richard Branson? A political figure? Maybe even someone from the world of entertainment? Add your thoughts!
Richard Branson - believes in what he's doing, not just in it for the money, treats his staff decently.
God preserve us from the likes of Alan Sugar!
Thank God I am past it and don't have to think about bowing and scrapping to anyone. As for the thought of working for Alan Sugar or any of those called bosses on the Dragons Den type programs I would rather become a traffic warden!.
I don't think that any bosses are good to work for any more, especially if you're not skilled like myself, they don't want to know if there are problems. They are just interested in profit, which is why the wages are poor. I don't work cos I like my Boss. I work cos I have to pay my bills. If I was skilled at something, or a good asset that could bring money into the company. I.E irriplaceable, then my boss would probably be the best Boss in the world, but because I am just a replaceable button pusher, the Boss just doesn't want to know, but if there are any bosses out there that need a reliable hard working punctual chap, that doesn't have time off work, and appreciates my efforts. GET ME OUT OF THERE ha ha
My ideal boss would be Tony Blair as he could and would never say no.
Myself, i have always been my own boss.
