Who would be your ideal boss?

You may be happy to have the boss you've got, but in an ideal world, who would you pick to replace them? An entrepreneur like Alan Sugar or Richard Branson? A political figure? Maybe even someone from the world of entertainment? Add your thoughts!

Richard Branson is the fairest of the top bosses. I swapped my Broadband over to his, because he is offering the people a better choice. He may be at loggerheads with other Digital providers at the moment, but it's about time somebody challenged their ridiculous monopolies.

I would not like a boss called Alan Sugar, I know he came from where I came from. But I still struggle. Money is peoples's god, their just greedy. I enough to not have to worry about bills.

Can someone enlighten me on why bosses get huge bonuses for the job they are being paid for in the first place?

My ideal boss would have been OLIVER REED
