Should 29 February be a bank holiday?

It may only come around once every four years, but some people reckon 29 February would be an ideal candidate for a new bank holiday in the UK. What do you think? Should Gordon Brown let us all skive off for 24 hours on leap years?

    course it should, it is a rare occasion, i think we should all have street parties on the 29th of feb.
