Britney Spears has been voted the world's worst celebrity mum with Kerry Katona coming in at second and Jade Goody pipping Kate Moss to third spot. Is it right that celebrities are named and shamed as bad parents because they are setting bad examples, or is parenting a matter that should be kept private?

i agree with willie why call ur children stupid names? how embarrassing for the child. i like the name blossom but apple thats wrong.poor kid is gona get picked on. its like with heather mills she went first class on a plane n put her daughter in economy. just because there celebs they think they are different from and better than the rest of us. I think every bad parent,celeb or no celeb should be named and shamed and the really bad ones should be sterrilised so they stop having these poor children that get neglected,you would think with all the money the celebs have they would give the kids a great life but instead some of them are no better parents than your local druggy!
surely they are subject to the same laws as the rest of us, celebrity or not. who gives a damn how famous they are not me for one. people like kerry katona are a total waste of space, she is just like karen matthews with a bit more money, having hundreds of kids, and being unfit to raise even one of them properly. all i can say is god help the kids not one of them will grow up normal with stable effective parenting.
How some of them can call themselves parents is beyond me. Having children is something you should take very seriously and a lot of these celebs have them as it is the done thing to do and gets them the attention they want. Yes they should be shamed if need be just to show that being a celeb doesnt make them any different to us "normal" people.
