5. 1980s colour schemes

Garish and gaudy, bright and brash, the 1980s left a legacy of hunter green, teal, peach, salmon, red and blue, which have no place in a 2009 home.

    Im moving into a house with a chocolate brown bathroom suite and tiles to match. Its retro all the way for me. love it!

    Although white is preferable in a bathroom, l don't think the peach or champagne is that offensive. Couldn't live with avocado though. And deep blue or burgundy are just pushing things too far !!
