   You dont see many nets anymore, mainly in old peoples houses. They get grey very quickly when you dont wash them enough, dust collectors and rather untidy looking but good for hiding behind.

   This information has just about run it's course - what's still in are nets - nets as a necessity!!!! - However, not those awful god forsaken ones in your picture!  Nets havwe never been outta fashion! Get it, got it - good!

   rubbish.
   They are needed for privacy. Sometimes blinds or curtains just dnt look right or are impractical. Mind you some nets are a lot better than others. The ones in the picture for example are ghastly.

   The difference between nets and voiles is one they are three times more expensive, and two they are really nets starched.
