Why DIY? get someone else to mess it up.
we had to pay instore before the work was done. Complained on the phone hundreds of times, finally got compensation but not as much as we expected. Customer service was rubbish. I will never buy from them again
All you moaning about B&Q you get what u pay for
why dont you check the work has been carried out properly before they leave you would not pay someone if they have done a lousy job why didnt you check the handy work of the workman before they left every day they were there you had them in for a week why didnt you ring up and tell them then the work was shoddy couldnt have bin that bad if you were seeing it every day for a week i would have been on the phone straight away

I will never go to this DIY shop again out of protest. They are crap
to unhappy customer-we had a bad experience with B & *. Our bathroom was badly fitted too. It was fitted by a company that B & * sent out to us. They were from stoke can't remember their name now. I will go have a look for the paperwork
