    It sounds like subsidence,check your outer walls for major leaning or displacment,or it might be your wall ties,check outside to see if there are wide cracks running horizontaly every six courses of bricks or so.

    My upstairs floorboards seem to be having huge gaps forming between some - not all of them + are extremely creaky. one or 2 are splitting - Ian increasing worried my house is falling down or that I will "fall through"!! Does anyone know how much this would cost to rectify + how + where do I go? Iam at my wits end. Thanks.
