I had a noisy neighbour....but he died.....
Children seem to believe that our communal garden is a playground. There use to be a large trampoline in our garden and finally after 2 years it has been taken down it should not of been there to begin with anyway. But the children tend to write on the walls and our back doors. Use the back door ways to sit in and bang on the doors. Break down the fence panels again and again. Pull furniture in and sit on it. The police come and know full well about all this and all they do is pathetically tell them to leave as a so called threat. I thought that trespassing, graffiti, littering, dumping items of furniture and damaging property in general was all illegal? I asked the police if I took photos then would it be evidence against them. The police say it's ''intrapment'' and I can't do that! They want evidence exactly of who it is YET I can't take photos of them committing the crimes it has to just be seen by police eyes only. What a joke!
John from your quiet home - I had bad neighbours, ignorance is the word, and yes it does affect you for a long time after. from London to Lincolnshire I came, and now have the quietness of a detached house, good neighbours, plenty of parking space, say no more.
