   Things that could be done ;
   BUILD MORE PRISonS.
   play loud music all night in these prisons.
   Cancel ASBOs' and fling them in prison.
   Bring back early nineteenth century methods of dealing with lowlife, SERIOUSLY I mean it, why should we work and keep this shiit in luxury and allow them to muck up our hard earned leisure time and health, WHY! are we so STUPID? as to allow our law enforcers to smile and look the other way.for Pete's sake WE PAY THESE PEOPLE to enforce the law and make our time on earth safe, there is definitely something wrong here and it needs SORTING.
