   we live in an old age pensioners bungalow which is only big enough for us 2 next door have now moved in one of her sons and another is supposed to be comming too why cant the council pull there finger out and put a stop to this its not fair on people who have asked to have a ypunger person move in with them only to be told no as they are for pensioners thanks for nothing nth lincs council

   i have no help - tried everything - even police told me to my face that nobody wants to help. i'm living next door to Pakistani/asian family who like to listen to their bollywood video films through the night and decide to have it loud enough for me to also hear the flute music through the walls. went round and told them if they could turn it down - they said i was racist, it wasn't loud, plus it was their own house so they could do what they want and if i don't like it i should move. plus the wife said racist comments to me.
   my son is only 8 months old and he still wakes up for a bottle.
   now they have bought a dog which howls day and night...

   THIS REALLY WORKED. I PHonED MY WEED HEAD NEIGHBOR WHO USED TO PLAY LOUD MUSIC HALF THE DAY AND HALF THE NIGHT AND WHO WAS PROBABLY A BIT HYPER. I SCREAMED ABUSE FROM THE TIME HE ANSWERED AND TOLD HIM I WAS COMING TO GET HIM IF HE DIDN'T SHUT IT UP AND WHEN I PUT THE PHonE DOWN I COULD STILL HEAR HIM SHRIEKING IN FEAR. WHEN HE CALMED DOWN THE MUSIC WENT OFF AND I NEVER HEARD IT AGAIN. AND I'M onLY AN OLD GUY BUT I CAN MAKE A LOUD NOISE. JUST MAKE SURE YOU PICK YOUR MARK AND YOUR PHonE IDENT DOESN'T COME UP. AND HE DOESN'T KNOW YOUR VOICE.
