   min from poole,I know exactly what it's like to live in a flat with no soundproofing,it is hell.The family upstairs have put lino with no underlay and they allow their children to run and jump off the furniture all day and night.when I comlained to the housing association the problem has only worsened.I am on antidepressants and can't see an end to it.why can't people respect each other anymore?

   TEE from Wolvo,a lot of asians are muslims and keep different hours to us paleskins,they sound unreasonable and selfish and need to be given some of their own medicine.
   Try placing speakers against their walls and play some annoying music between 7am and lunchtime fairley loudly but not loud enough to upset other neighbours,you need to do this when you go on holiday or away for a few days.
