Do not drink alcohol at any time while pregnant, any one night on the booze could damage your child FOREVER, ITSCALLED FOETAL ALCOHOL SYNDROME. dont do it at all, I am caring for a child damaged by the lethal stuff. its not just smoking, dont get pregnant if you cant stop,, value a precious life

My personal opinion is that smoking is a diffilcult habit to give up. I found out i was pregnant at 6 weeks i managed to give up for 1 week craving every single day angry at the world, then i was like 1 smoke wouldnt hurt had 1. Now i crave more than ever i guess its all up to the individual. Some are STRonG some a WEAK.... Which one are you???

I think it's insane the government continue to waste money helping people to quit with the schemes they currently have in place. The success rate is only 7%. New Scientist published the findings of 7 years research into giving up smoking, Acupuncture had a 27% success rate and hypnotherapy 80%. The NHS won't often pay for them though! Maybe at £8billion per year in cigarette taxes they don't really want people to give up?
