   i breast fed all my 3 and will also my 4th child due soon,i have fed through mastitis and have experienced all the problems like anyone else,it is best for mum and baby.i am a breastfeeding counseller and will support any mums via email and help them too k.crummett1@ntlworld.com

   I think largly, women may not suceed at bf if they don`t have the right support. Our culture also is alot to blame, women are anxious about bf in public as some small minded ppl find it disgusting (why i don`t know, it`s beyond me!).

   Ihave 5 kids i breastfeed my youngest who is 9 months old .if i had enough support from health visitors and midwifes i would have breastfed them alland not given up so easily.
