   I believe it will be Assassin's Creed or Crysis because the hype for them will make it a must buy quickly (even if they don't turn out too good).
   
   Halo 3 could have been one of the best but i think it wasn't as good as it was believed to be, so the hype didn't last nearly as long as the makers wanted.
