   Most recent? I dug out my old pc games. I found a warhammer game called 'space hulk' You were these soldiers on a big ship and you would be walkiing down the corridors and you would hear this growling. Then these mutants would bust out through the walls and come flying at you.

   System Shock 2 obviously!! Bioshock is scary, but not half as scary as SS2.
   Running around in "empty" corridors with hybrids coming at you with a twisted "I'm sorry" and mumbling to themselves. Running round meeting all sorts of things with a lack of ammo (one of its criticisms was the inherrent lack of ammo - something you don't get on Bioshock etc). Widely regarded as one of the scarier (and best) games!
