Have you ever played a fitness game on the Wii? Did you find it useful for getting in shape, or do you think there's no substitute for real exercise? Let us know below...
I bought Wii Active game to get fit for my holidays. I did the 30 day challenge and along with eating sensibly, i lost 10lbs. Its really good for toning and fat burning but i would agree with Sarah, needs more stomach exercises
Bought Wii fit for my husband who didn't use it so gave it a try after 30mins a day for 2 weeks really noticed a difference and lost 6lbs and started to tone up. Amazing as always hated exercise but really look forward to doing it every night.
i originally bought wii fit on the day it came out found it more fun than a workout, however since i bought my fitness coach about 6mths ago which was a bargain at £14 it makes wii fit look stupid,i can incorperate swiss ball, weights and step into my workouts and am always resembling a lobster at the end of my 30min workout i would definitely recommend my fitness coach to anyone, even my partner who is a hardcore gym freak said i didnt realise it was so intense so it must be good hahahah
sarah try making a custom work out using tennis and basketball and any other games involving twisting - i certainly felt that worked my stomach muscles
recently given the ea active game as a present - gives a really good workout much better than wii fit ! and its working ive lost a few pounds already after just 4 weeks and i definately feel more toned
