   well, i adore 12, but no way is it the best game ever. what takes that slot for me? i actually have no idea, think either zelda link to the past or ff8, although the story from ff7 was sooooo much better, but ff8 came up with the best chars

   FF12 is not the best game ever. as a fan of the series whose played them all Ihave too say that it is a good game but the story was rubbish there is nothing interesting in a war story line there was no fantasy in FF12. FF8 had a better storyline than FF12.
   FF7 is the best out of all of them.

   No way! FF12 is one of the worst final fantasy's ever! The storyline was sacrificed for extensive cut scenes; the battle system was no way as good as any other ff's. When you try to appeal to a wider audience, the game gets watered down until you get something that looks stunning but in essence, is severely lacking

   To me, ff12 isn't the best game ever, nor is it the best final fantasy, even though the graphics were gorgeous! But no, i think there are better games, like ff7 because of the amazing storylines.

   I have to admit, i don't think FF12 is that great. I much prefered numbers 7 and 9 because they had a brilliant storyline, brilliant characters and was generally fun enough to draw my attention for hours on end.
