    hm...compared to the others, FF12 was pretty weak.
    The story was thin, there was no developmnt of the characters and the battle system was utterly simple minded, unlike the past titles which required quick thinking and statagy.
    oh and to answer Graham, yes, you must play these games. Apart from 12 they were all outstanding in everyway

    FF 12 is probably the worst FF game i've played on.EVER!!! The battle system sucks and the storyline is even worse. FF7 Was OBVIOUSLY the best game ever.EVER!!!

    And FF7 is being re-released for the PS3 in 2008

    Final Fantasy 12 was the best (WAS!) until 13 comes out... then that will be put aside for 14, 15, 16... 107... BUT I'D STILL BUY EVERYonE OF THEM! love them all
