   The thing about using a pc to an xbox of a playstation is that you need a little bit more knowledge with a ps3 or a 360 you buy it you plug in and play with a pc you need to know what sort of a machine that you want fair enough a machine at £500 the console will win but you build a beast like mine they dont stand a chance thus it comes down to how much you are willing to spend because if i spend £600 on graphics cards i expect to have better graphics than a console thats all im going to say on that

   PC games rule, Pc's own consoles if you've got all the right stuff on it, and u cant get games like World or Warcraft of Medieval : Total War for a console

   I see there alot of people saying crysis need a top spec pc thats a lot of BS i have a 4600+ dual core 2 gigz ddr 2 ram 8800 gt 1 GB card and that will run crysis perfectly so about 500 notes will be enough to run anything out there.

   only thing i have to say about this is a console will never be as good as a pc.... If you got all the upto date stuff ect Processor, ram, video card a console will not touch it.
