   If parents pig out it is very often likely that thier off spring will also pig out on food, often on unheathly crap! Eating habbits are taught by parents to their children from a young age. However the condition can be reversed in many cases by simply eating less!!!!! ya greedy devils!!!!

   yes i'm fat i have a pot belly but it is not down to eating to much it is down to not enough excersize. i am semi-disabled and cannot walk very far without severe pain in my legs so living in rural area, i need to use my car a lot this means i don't get enough excersize, it is not catching thank god otherwise my family would all be at risk, i think it does have something to do with the families eating habbits some families have eleven
   'o' Clockers yes you know who you are earing bowls of cornflakes before bed when your metabolism slows down so much that your body can't burn off the extra intake late at night. I'm happy with who i am as a person fat or thin and sod those who think otherwise i haven't got any time for those people who think i'm a fat bastard my parents were both married before i was born so there i'm just fat so take it or leave it.
