    I remember when I would spend all afternoon circumnavigating the globe using my mothers upturned dining table as a boat and the table cloth as a sail. What is wrong with the world and its facination for gadgets.

    No, I disagree, the iPhone isn't all it claims to be. I had, I say had, one, but sent it back after two weeks - it's rubbish, poor sound quality especially over phone calls, very limited sounds available, you cannot get the visual voicemail (as this is specific to AT&T) so, generally, a poor uk version that does not compare to the US model!
