   We are not heading for an energy crisis as I have designed the Worlds first energy engine. This engine is more powerfull than the power stations we use at present as we still generate energy the old fashioned way by burning fossil fuel. But this is the 21st century and any thing is possable. This energy engine that I have designed has only 3 moving parts or you could have engine my second design that has only 2 moving parts both these engines you have to mantain but lets take it a step further down to the engine with just 1 moving part this engine is based on the greatest generater ever Mother Earth herself. You see the earth is a generater it generates energy the ECO system gravity and it generates life.We talk about global pollution but is that the real problem scientists say the CO.2 layer is getting thicker but I say is the Air Bubble that surrounds the earth getting smaller and thinner you have to ask yourself how did Richard Branson get stuck for 4 days in the jetstream when the jetstream should be constant. Or why does a perfecly good jet aircraft suddenly plummet 30.000ft I believe that aircraft a pocket where there is little or no air gravity, weight of aircraft does the rest. Look to the 20th century 2 world wars and all your other wars in between then over 600 atomic weapons tests deforestation. Tell me how can earth replace the oxegen faster than man uses it. The answer is it cannot. But we could reverse the damage already done you would have to make massive Hydrogen plant after all Hydrogen could replace natural gas keep 10 percent of the oxegen you will also generate for space travel and release the other 90percent direct into the atmossphere. And by the way the energy engine that I spoke of could fit on the back of a single truck as it is small and compact as you will learn as soon as I can get the Virgin company to Hire Me as they will have to register the patents for these engines and many many other things all 21st century in concept and design as I like to say Virgin in there very concept tell Auld Man Branson to check his e-mail for energy engines also set up an e-mail address for ***** and you will pull 2 more emails out of cyber space yours Stevie Doc. Oh and by the way do you know that every thing in the universe is weightless we only percieve weight here on earth because the earth generates her own gravity if you look at earth from space she is a weightless mass

   The ippc are nothing to do with the EU, they are an organisation that collates and makes reports on all scientific materal on climate change/global warming. The organisation was set up to report to the 130 countries that signed the kyoto protacal.
   
   It is widely said that China and India did not sign up to the kyoto protacol, this is incorect as they were not reqired to sign as they were deemed developing nations.
   The notable countries that didin't sign were The USA and Austrailia, even George Bush now acknoledges climate change now, as do as nearly every nation on earth. The are many other organisations who also think climate change is a problem inculding the UN.
   climate change is not just a uk tax driven policy it a world wide problem.
   
   we will be asked to be more energy effient, thats no problem it will save us money, the question is will more of the public do thier bit or will they wait until they are forced too by tax, fines, in the end if we have to be forced the only tool the governmnet have is tax.
   Me I recycle, compost, have low energy bulbs throughout and A rated appliances and very low energy bills to boot. My 2 bedroom detahed house costs £160 gas and £120 electric (2006)

   The ippc reports from the EU only serve to back up the Governments Wish to make us pay more tax,
   the earth is warming but it has warmed up many times before and i think that this is a natural process, only slightly increaed by man

   Yes & no! The reason I say this is because I have invented the alternative. I'll let you know what it is when the fuel runs out, or if the Russians get too bolshy before that happens. (bolshovics, bolshy....get it!)
