   I remember newspapers reporting on the hole in the ozone layer (remember that stuff??) back in the mid-80's but here we are 20 years on still using carrier bags and still putting them in land fill - 20 years on and the incompetent, over-paid, idiotic, slimeballs we call a government still play politics even though they have been warned that the 'end is nigh' from the most eminent scientists - is all this falling on deaf ears??
