Are we heading towards a global energy crisis?

At current consumption levels petrol will run out by 2039 and if the industrialisation of China and India continues at the current rate it will run out even faster. Are we heading to a global energy crisis?

    What energy crisis?
We have unlimiteed supplies of electricity, certainly several millenia, but that does not mean we should waste it. It is only easily portable liquid fuel for cars and aeroplanes that is limited and we will have to change our lifestyles and travel less.

Yes we are. Trouble is our government is picking on us making us pay high prices for our fuel. We run economical cars and trucks yet the yanks pay very little. All drive V6 and V8 CARS AND TRUCKS THAT DO 4 MILES TO THE GALLon.
They never walk anywhere always drive. Now petrol and derv as gone over £1 a litre it will creap up to £2 a ltr why BECAUSE YOU ARE HAPPY PAYING IT, whimps
