Are we heading towards a global energy crisis?

Are we heading towards a global energy crisis?

At current consumption levels petrol will run out by 2039 and if the industrialisation of China and India continues at the current rate it will run out even faster. Are we heading to a global energy crisis?

no informed, compitent or reputable organisation believe that global warming/climate change is a natral process, it's true to say the earth goes trough natral cycles but mankinds input are not part of the natral cycle.

Hydrogen is plentyfull however you need electricity to liberate it from water... more energy. As for nuclear fusion I doubt it's 20 away, though I am no expert if you can post a link about it I will have a look.

Myself I think Bio gas will be very important and it's easy to make and allready being done.

global warming is a part ot natural cycles. new energies will be developed, safe clean nuclear fusion power stations are only 20 years away, hydrogen is probably thr cheapest fuel, no more dangerous than petrol ,we just nbbd to make it in large quantities

Long before crude oil runs out, if it ever does it's cost will criple our economies, many poorer countries are already unable to use oil due to it's cost. Quite apart from it's use as a fuel for transport, it's used in nearly every industry in the form of plastics, paint, lubricants, road sufaces and a myriad of other things, we need to use oil more thoughtfully otherwise oil will become the comodity of the very weaalthy. Society takes a long time to change we need to get on with this one.

Is is just a scam to get more money from us? I've been wondering that for some time now, but either way, there's no reason to over-use the planet's resources.
We don't need to replace the kitchen every other year, just to keep up with fashion. That costs the planet more than it does out pocket. You don't need a blue (or latest colour kettle) unless you current one is broken. Get the idea. Same goes for fashion. once upon a time, we just wore clothes. That day will return if we keep wasting our planets resources. There isn't another planet we could use instead. Same goes for recyling, - old presents, unsuitable presents - take them to a charity shop rather than bin them.
    End of rant for now.

If global warming is melting the polar ice caps. Why hasn't the sea levels risen?
Why is it colder now than it used to be?
It's just a scam to rip us off, to get more money.
