According to astronomers, about half the planetary systems may have worlds where people could live. Current technology doesn't allow telescopes to see far enough for us to study these planets. However, in 15 years or less, we should have an answer.
Do you believe humans will ever inhabit another world? With the current threats of global warming and overcrowding, would you consider leaving Earth? If we colonised another planet, who should be allowed to go? How would we build civilisation from scratch? How could we prevent another global-warming catastrophe? And does this mean there may be aliens after all?
in reply to jason from manchester yeah it would be great to get away from british drunks and loose english women who swear and shag anything alive
I hope so, it's more scary being alone in space than having some alien buddies don't ya thnk?

lets face it we cant get to the bloody moon lol how the hell are we going to travel millions of light years away.
Have you been living in a cave for the past 200 years? Man has been to the moon, 1969 Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin. We probably wont find a habitable planet in my life time or even my childrens lifetime but I'm sure we (the human race) will find one eventually.

If there are multiple earths and we could get to them, then each race, religion, sex, could have its own, and live happily ever after!
