Science fiction legend Sir Arthur C Clarke has died at the age of 90. His vision and ideas have shaped modern scientific thinking and his fiction has touched millions. Leave your tributes here.

It was inevitable, but still comes as a great shock and sadness. This man has given me hundreds of hours of pleasure by reading almost every book that he has written. His stories never involved impossible concepts and the technology that he suggested always seemed just around the corner. Of course, there were always those who scoffed at his ideas and then had to eat humble pie when he was shown to be correct. Example: The US scientific community laughed at him when he first suggested orbitting communications satellites. After Sputnik, no one else laughed. He will be sadly missed. one of the greatest minds of this, or any other, century. His film '2001' killed off the bad SciFi movie and it remains a classic, even today
His mind stirred mine. His ideas made me think. His imagination gave birth to mine.
Without his stories my life would be less.
Thanks for your life.
This man stirred my interests and imaginations as a child, and set me on the thinkers path.
A Truly Great man.
No loss!
Because beautiful contributions to the Thinker as well.
May Our Lord bless this soul!
