NASA has declared that it will launch and sustain human exploration of the Moon by 2018.
In light of Apollo 11's first moon landing in 1969, do you think the millions of pounds that would be spent should be put to better use, especially considering the huge carbon footprint it would leave? Or, do you think this is a good thing and that it should go ahead?
Are you one that thinks that the moon landing was a hoax, and that footage was made up? Have your say.
go back, I cant remember going the first time
I've been watching various documentaries that claim we never made it to the moon in the first place. However, with all the technology we have now I would think that now would be as good a time as any to return, only I think the funding will possibly non-existent, especially with the recession.
the moon landing is like everything else american hollywood and dubious at best
When did they ever go the first time, ? i hope you dont mean that Hollywood staged affair in 69!
...truth will out... 12 men have walked on the moon... you try dropping a hammer and a feather and get them to land together... they did on the moon... yes go back... find a way to escape this dying planet and colonise the stars... the sky is no longer the limit...
