Was there life on Mars, and does it matter?

Was there life on Mars, and does it matter?

A Nasa rover trawling Mars has sent back evidence that suggests the planet was once much warmer and wetter, and may even have supported life.

The findings are described as astonishing, but what do you think about our continued space exploration? When millions live in poverty, should we spend vast sums on space exploration? Do you think, given climate change, that the only way to secure mankind's future is to learn about other planets and conquer space travel? And is there really life out there or is Earth the universe's lucky fluke? Have your say.

sorry in my first blog i meant to give Lee H a quick explanation of the word Diaspora so here it is Lee my friend...........................The term Diaspora (in Greek, διασπορά – "a scattering or sowing of seeds") refers any population sharing common ethnic identity who were either forced to leave or voluntarily left their settled territory, and became residents in areas often far removed from the former. It is converse to the nomadic lifestyle. Diaspora cultural development often assumes a different course to the population in the original place of settlement, and tends to vary between remotely separated communities in culture, traditions and other factors. The last vestige of cultural affiliation in a Diaspora is usually found in community resistance to language change.

I have dvd's of actual NASA space shuttle footage which i downloaded like any of you can :the secret Nasa tapes, (cut and uncut) which show proof of living organisms and some of massive size and the space shuttle crew and nasa are openly talking about these and them downlinking all the pictures to them..Proofs there and i bet they got a load more and theres a reason there spending so many hundreds of billions/trillions on the search. Check the net for the pictures sent back from Mars and look for yourselves at the big looking silver can like shape in the distance. Is it a forgotten prop from another fraud or proof of intelligent life???The human mind cannot even comprehend that space never finishes and if it did there would have to have another side, of course there is life out there but it should be a global effort not just an American one......

if there was oil on the moon we would be there. if it was littered with diamonds we would be there. if there was gold in them there hills we would be there. as there is no reason to go there apart from the same reason we climb mount everest we will not go its just not worth the effort commercialy. Until it is, it will stay just a massive acheivement 30 years ago.
