Judging from our latest bout of crazy weather, global warming can't be ignored. Can alternative solutions such as nuclear, solar, or burying CO2 deep in the ground help? Are you worried by the threat? What do you think we should do?

Tax and money mania, cant we see where thats got us and heven knows when we we will get out of it. There are more important things than money, I acept it has its place but people and the planet well being should come first.
You should never give politicians an excuse to tax us more they don't need any encouragement,
So George what temperature change are the green supporters suggeting for this year then? also I didn't say 1 deg per 10 years.
AJH from London says:Dec 15, 12:20
Climate change is forecasting a 3degree temperature change in the coming decades, thus here and now we probably have less than a degree change. one degree plus or minus in winter would be a very small change.

1 degree every 10 years, that is surely not a forecast, more likely a joke?

Where we would notice such a change would be in marginal times, snow for example needs a very particular temperature to form and in summer one degree either way could determine whether ice melts or not. People die here from the cold as well sadly.
